It was so nice, so great, so big, so powerful, so amazing for us, for two french guys to run under this warm hot sun staring at the snowy mountain top in the middle of nowhere below sea level . It was so dry thant We were even able to sweat, our faces were just covered with salt. It was absolutely amazing to be able to run in this place. I will never thank enough my friend Pascal who ran with me and who had this crazy idea to come ! We finished 19th and 20th overall , with a hip down for me and a bad knee for Pascal. I was 5th woman overall and I won my division ! It cost me a hip but wow this is gonna stay a huge "souvenir". We'll be here next year for the Marathon with a new hip for me and a new knee for Pascal !

Ce fut tellement beau, grand, magique, incroyable pour nous : 2 petits francais la sous ce soleil si chaud au millieu de nulle part, regardant les montagnes enneigees en etant en dessous du niveau de la mer ! Nous n'avons meme pas pu transpirer tellement l'air etait sec, nos visages etaient juste couverts de sel. Ce fut vraiment fantastique de pouvoir courir dans cet endroit magique. Je ne remercierai jamais assez Pascal avec qui j'ai couru pour avoir eu cette idee folle de venir faire cette course.

Nous avons fini 19 et 20 eme au classement general en 2h51 avec une hanche en moins pour moi et un genou abime pour Pascal !

Et en plus, j''ai termine 5eme femme au classement general et j'ai gagne ma division! Nous serons donc la, Pascal et moi, l'annee prochaine pour le marathon cette fois.
